I was the lead architect for this apartment building in southern Mexico City, as well as respondible for overseeing its construction. The building has 42 upscale apartments laid out over two parallel bodies. All of the apartments have a view into a central courtyard, whose view we improved with landscaping; the underground parking lot also ventilates to that courtyard.
